Continuous training is conducted to insure all Adjusters are updated on  recovery and debtor contact techniques. We have wheel-lift tow trucks to provide damage free towing. The trucks are equipped with DRN cameras. We have two camera cars scanning our service area daily and nightly. We provide indoor and outdoor secured storage for your collateral. Condition reports including photos are provided in a timely fashion. All personal property is inventoried and stored in a secure environment.

We treat your customers with dignity and respect in the field and at our facility. Our office staff understands how to interact with customers after the collateral has been recovered. We guide them through the redemption of collateral or personal property process and do so in a courteous manner.
